About Regional Alliance for Healthy Schools
The Regional Alliance for Healthy Schools (RAHS) provides school-based mental and physical health programs and clinical services to youth 21 years old and younger that improve the well-being of students, their families, and communities.
Youth receive high-quality care in an easily accessible, supportive, and youth-centered environment from professional staff who are responsive to the needs of a diverse population. Youth do not need to be registered at any of the schools with a RAHS health center to receive care. RAHS accepts insured and uninsured patients, regardless of their ability to pay.

RAHS offers a variety of services to meet the mental health needs of teens, including counseling services for depression and anxiety, stress management groups, support groups for grief or anger, and innovative groups that combine care for our minds as well as our bodies to help alleviate symptoms. Medical doctors are also available at each clinic to assist with mental health issues that require psychiatric medications.
RAHS provides a variety of primary care services at our health centers to meet the urgent and preventive care needs of the students in our schools and communities. Services include sick visit care, physicals, including sports physicals, immunizations, confidential STI and pregnancy testing, nutrition and fitness counseling, and asthma care.
There may be a time that you or your family may need more help, tangible resources, and direction than RAHS can provide within the four walls of the health center. In that case, we can help you connect to appropriate programs and services provided in your community. At RAHS, we have access to and knowledge of a variety of community-based resources in and around the Ann Arbor, Flint, and Ypsilanti communities to help you get healthy and stay healthy.
