In this particular episode, Eleanor confesses about a promise that you she made to her childhood best friend, Natasha.

The promise was to always look out for Natasha’s daughter, Jewels, who is also dealing with legal troubles of her own. These troubles are not only affecting Eleanor but also Jewel’s son Dravyon. With things unraveling in court against Jewels, Eleanor feels she’s not living up to the promise she made to Natasha.

On top of that, Eleanor is dealing with trauma from her past.

With so much on her plate, difficult decisions have to be made, but what really matter is who Eleanor can trust.

This is a touching show that shines a light on the juvenile justice system in an informative an enlightening way. From watching alone you can truly connect to different characters who you may possibly relate to.
