I love the idea of Tostada Thursdays! I am a huge fan of Mexican food and this tostada recipe looks fantastic! I really love the fact that it uses a crockpot, which is a huge timesaver.

Although I’m vegetarian, this does sound good! I love using the Crockpot to make tasty meals.
