The automotive industry is constantly evolving. As a result, some well-loved vehicles are being taken off the market. This is due to a number of reasons, including consumer demands, focus on electric vehicles, and other general changes in the market. Sometimes, it is interesting to see what cars are being phased out by carmakers and why. In 2025, there are a number of vehicles being discontinued. Here’s a look at seven of them.
7. Nissan Titan

The Nissan Titan has always struggled to keep up with Ford, Chevrolet, and Ram when it came to full-size pickup trucks. Nissan’s Titan made its way onto the market in 2003, but its sales figures never came close to that of its rivals. Its 2016 facelift didn’t do much for sales either. Ultimately, Nissan has decided to nix the Titan from its lineup entirely.
6. Kia Forte
![reliable cars under $20000](https://kellysthoughtsonthings.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Kia-Forte-3-1024x683.jpg.webp)
Although the Kia Forte has been relatively popular, the carmaker is ditching it in 2025. However, Kia is revamping the Forte and releasing it as the K4 for next year. This better aligns with Kia’s K5 mid-size sedan. Of course, it’s not the first time Kia has revamped and renamed a car. Before being called the Forta, Kia’s compact sedan was called the Spectra and, prior to that, it was known as the Sephia.
5. Jaguar E-Pace
![Jag E-Pace](https://kellysthoughtsonthings.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Jaguar_E-Pace_D180_AWD_S_---_Frontansicht_24._Juni_2018_Dusseldorf-1024x560.jpg.webp)
Jaguar is getting rid of a ton of its cars this year. It seems like the British carmaker is having a hard time identifying where it stands in the modern marketplace. In addition to the E-Pace, Jag is getting rid of the XF, the I-Pace, and the F-type in 2025. The cancellation of the E-Pace doesn’t necessarily come as a surprise though. This car struggled to find its place in the market as a subcompact luxury SUV. Most drivers seeking this kind of car would rather go with competitors like the BMW X1 or the Mercedes GLB-class.
4. Infiniti Q50

After 2024, Infiniti will no longer be producing the Q50 sedan. The Q50 wasn’t ever able to stack up against the competition in the sedan market. It’s a little shocking because Infiniti is now going to shift its focus away from sedans entirely. In fact, sedans are exiting the car marketplace at an alarming rate. The Q50 is just joining the long list of these vehicles being discontinued.
3. Ferrari F8 Spider

Ferrari is discontinuing two cars this year, one of them being the F8 Spider. Luckily, Ferrari lovers can still get a mid-engine V8 from the carmaker via the SF90. However, the SF90 is a hybrid, whereas the Spider was all gasoline-powered. The Italian carmaker is also nixing the Ferrari 812 in 2025.
2. Bugatti Chiron
![1. Bugatti Chiron Super Sport](https://kellysthoughtsonthings.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/2020_Bugatti_Chiron_Super_Sport_300_Prototype-1-1024x630.jpg.webp)
Bugatti is introducing the Tourbillon next year, which means the end of the road has come for the Chiron. With only 500 being made before being pulled from production this year, the Chiron will undoubtedly be a collector’s piece. Sadly, this beautiful, powerful vehicle won’t be sold anymore after 2024.
1. Chevrolet Camaro

Possibly the biggest cancellation in the car world going into 2025 is the Chevrolet Camaro. This sports car has been loved by enthusiasts for decades. Unfortunately, its time on the road has come to an end. Over the last several years, Camaro sales have steadily declined. Many people are opting for SUVs or EVs, making the legendary sports car obsolete. It’s possible that GM might consider replacing it with a more eco-friendly model in the future, but there aren’t any plans to do so yet.

It’s always interesting to see the changes happening in the automotive industry. Many carmakers are shifting focus to electric vehicles or popular cars like SUVs and crossovers. As a result, some beloved cars are exiting the market in 2025. While the departure of these models is bittersweet, it signals a new chapter in automotive history and makes way for new modern marvels.
